Butter Chicken Masala – 90g



The dish, which is also called Murgh Makhani in Hindi, is without question the most popular dish to emerge from India; it may even be one of the most popular dishes in the world. If you are just going to an Indian restaurant for the first time, your friends will likely recommend it as a starting place. Its mildly spicy, creamy, savoury flavour makes it more than just delicious, but accessible to almost every palate.


Coriander, Cumin, Pepper, Cardamom, Cloves, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Mace, Ginger, Turmeric, Chilli, Dry Mango, Asafetida, Salt, Fenugreek Seeds. Other Spices and Condiments.


Steps of Cooking

1. Marinade 500gms chicken with half cup yogurt, salt and 1tsp of Sibu BCM. Add 2 table spoons of oil/butter. Keep in cool place for 2-3 hours. Then sauté in pan with oil/butter till it changes color.

2. Take 100gms cut onion, 250gms cut tomatoes 50gms 30 gms cashewnuts, garlic and ginger paste. Sauté for 5-10 minutes, make a fine paste .

3. In a pan add butter and the ONION –TAMATO  paste ,ADD 1TSP OF Sibu BCM and heat till oil spetates. Add chicken pieces .3-4 tsp fresh cream  and cook for 10 minutes. Serve Hot.
