Steps of Cooking
1. Take fresh onion, garlic and ginger in a pan sauté in oil with chicken and add some tomatoes. 2tsp of Sibu CBM .salt to taste and heat till it leaves oil. Add half cup whisked yogurt and cook in low heat for 10 minutes.
2. Pre cook rice in pan and spread over chicken.
3. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve Hot.
