Chicken Biriyani Masala – 90g



While there are multiple theories about how biryani made its way to India, it is generally accepted that it originated in West Asia. One legend has it that the Turk-Mongol conqueror, Timur, brought the precursor to the biryani with him when he arrived at the frontiers of India in 1398.


Salt, Red Chilli, Nigella, Pepper, Turmeric, Garlic, Ginger, Onion, Coriander, Garam Masala, Fennel Seeds, Cardamom, Spices and condiments.


Steps of Cooking

1. Take fresh onion, garlic and ginger in a pan sauté in oil with chicken and add some tomatoes. 2tsp of Sibu CBM .salt to taste and heat till it leaves oil. Add half cup whisked yogurt  and cook in low heat for 10 minutes.

2. Pre cook rice in pan and spread over chicken.

3. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve Hot.
