Chicken Curry Masala – 90g



Chicken curry is a dish originating from the Indian subcontinent. It is common in the Indian subcontinent, Southeast Asia, Great Britain, and the Caribbean. A typical curry from the Indian subcontinent consists of chicken stewed in an onion- and tomato-based sauce, flavoured with ginger, garlic, tomato puree, chilli peppers  and a variety of spices, often including turmeric, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, and cardamom. Outside of South Asia, curry chicken is often made with a pre-made spice mixture known as curry powder.


Chilli, Coriander, Turmeric, Cumin, Onion, Ginger, Garlic, , Dried Mango Powder, Fennel, Black Salt, Black Pepper, Salt and other condiments.


Method of Cooking

1. Sauté 2-3 onion till brown in oil and add garlic & ginger

2. Add 500 gms chicken pieces and fry till color changes.

3. Add freshly cut tomatoes, 2 tsp SIBU Chicken Curry Masala stir in low heat for 15 minutes. Add water and on medium flame till ready. Put yogurt and heat for 15 minutes till ready.

4. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and slices of ginger. Serve Hot.
