Steps of Cooking
1, Marinade 500gms chicken with bones in yogurt, salt and 1tsp SIBU CHICKEN WHITE PEPPER MASALA and keep for 2-3 hours.
2, Sauté 100gms finely cut onion, 50gms cashew nuts, 3 green chillies in low flame. Make fine paste.
3, In a pan put Oil/ butter & shallow fry the marinade chicken till it changes color. Add onion paste, cream and 100gms whisked yogurt and 1tsp SIBU Chicken White Pepper Masala. Heat on low flame till oil leaves the paste.
