Method of Cooking
1, Put 500Gms chickpea in a cooker, add ONE glass of water, 1 table spoon salt. After 3 whistles, rinse and keep water and Boiled chickpeas separate.
2, Take 5 pcs tomato, boil then peel skins and make paste.
3, In a pan put 5tsp of oil. Add 5tsp SIBU CHOLE MASALA and heat. Add tomatoes and heat in oil till oil leaves the paste. Add chickpeas and cook for 10 minutes. Add chickpea water and cook for 10 minutes.
4, Garnish with coriander leaves and juliennes of ginger.
