Murli Dhar Dhingra

 Achar was first created by Murli Dhar Dhingra in Pakistan in 1930, his Dingra and Malik descendants brought it to India in 1943.

 

Ingredients:

Chilli, Fenugreek, Salt, Mustard, Asofoetida, Fennel seeds.

Category:

1, In 500gms vegetable add 3tsp SiBU INSTANT ACHAR MASALA, Salt and add 4-5 tsp raw mustard oil and rub well.

2, Keep in air tight jar. It is ready to eat.  Shake well and serve with rice, chappati or bread.
