King of Spices – 90g


Ingredients :

Chilli, Coriander, Turmeric, Cumin, Salt, Mustard, Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Cesso, Cardamom, Cloves, Asafetida, Dry Mango, Fennel Seeds, Cinnamon, Fenugreek. other Spices And Condiments.


Method of Cooking

1, King of Spices can be used for making any vegetable dish dry or with gravy.

2, Take 500gms of vegetable like potato, peas, lady finger, Aubergine, bell peppers, spinach etc.. Put 3tsp of oil in a pan and sauté in low heat.

3, Add 2 ½ tsp of SIBU KING OF SPICES masala and add salt to taste. Cover with lid. Cook in slow flame for 15 minutes.

4, Serve hot, garnish with fresh coriander and juliennes of ginger.
