Method of Cooking
1. In a cooker fry 2-3 onions till brown in 4-5 spoons of oil, add two tsp of ginger-garlic paste.
2. Add meat to the onions and stir for 5 minutes, add 2-3 cut tomatoes and ½ cup water
3. Add 4-5 tsp of SIBU Meat Masala and salt to taste, give 2 whistles in medium flame.
4. Open and add half cup of yogurt and heat for 15 minutes.
5. Garnish with coriander leaves and slices of ginger. Serve Hot.
