Steps of Cooking
1. Put 2-3 onions, ginger, garlic paste and oil in a pan. Add 500 gms mutton pieces and salt to taste and Sibu MUTTON BIRYANI masala .cook till mutton in soft. Add half cup yogurt and cook for 10 minutes.
2. Spread half cooked rice over the mutton.
3. Garnish with lemon juice and sprinkle some SIBU Biryani masala on rice with some oil / ghee.
4. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
5. Serve with yogurt and salad.
