Method of Cooking
1, Add 1Kg of mixed vegetables in a cooker with water and 1 table spoon salt. After 1 whistle on low heat take out.
2, In a pan put butter and all vegetables and add ginger-garlic paste and sauté well. Now put 2 ½ tsp SIBU PAV BHAJI MASALA and mash it with hand. Add butter and garnish with fresh coriander and onion.
3, Serve hot with Pav, bread or chappati.
