Pav Bhaji Masala – 90g



Pav bhaji is a fast food dish from India consisting of a thick vegetable curry (bhaji) served with a soft bread roll (pav). Its origins are in the state of Maharashtra.

Ingredients :

Chilli, Coriander, Dry Mango, Cumin, Salt, Fennel, Cassia, Ginger, Black pepper, Cloves, Star Anis, Nut Meg, Black Salt, Asafetida. Other Spices And Condiments.


Method of Cooking

1, Add 1Kg of mixed vegetables in a cooker with water and 1 table spoon salt. After 1 whistle on low heat take out.

2, In a pan put butter and all vegetables and add ginger-garlic paste and sauté well. Now put 2 ½ tsp SIBU PAV BHAJI MASALA and mash it with hand. Add butter and garnish with fresh coriander and onion.

3, Serve hot with Pav, bread or chappati.
