Method of Cooking
1, In a cooker put 500Gms Rajma/Red Beans, add 1 ½ glass water and 1 tsp salt, give 3 whistles and rinse keep water and Rajma separate.
2, Finely cut 6 tomatoes. In a pan add 4 tsp oil and put tomato. Add 2 ½ tsp SIBU RAJMA MASALA and cook till oil leaves the tomato paste.
3, Add Rajma and left water and cook in low heat for 20 minutes. Add salt to taste.
4, Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
