Seekh Kebab Masala – 90g



Seekh Kebabs are cylindrical shaped mince meat roasted on Iron roads over fire or in ovens. These delicacies are very famous in South Asia.


Red Chilli, Paprika, Salt, Coriander, Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Black Pepper, Cumin, Jeera, Cloves, Bay Leaf, Roasted Chick Peas, Yellow Chilli, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Nigella Seeds. Other Spices And Condiments.


Steps of Cooking

1, In 1Kg minced meat mix 2tsp ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, medium size finely cut 50gms onion and fresh coriander leaves, 4tsp of SIBU Seekh Kebab Masala.  Add 3tsp of classified butter (ghee) mix well and leaves in cool place for 3-4 hours. Sew mixture in skewers.

2, Place on low heat of coal / gas.

3, Lightly brush with butter / oil and grill till done.

4, Remove from skewers, cut in pieces and serve with chutney, salad and lemon juice.
