Tandoori Achari Masala – 40g



Method of Cooking

1, Marinade 200 Grams hung yogurt add garlic-ginger paste, 3 table spoon SIBU TANDOORI ACHAR MASALA, 4 tsp spoon oil and mix well.

2, Rub marinade in 1Kg of Chicken pieces or 1Kg Mutton pieces. Keep aside in cool place for 3-4 hours.

3, BBQ or Grill till soft and ready.

4, Garnish with SIBU CHAT MASALA and Lemon.

5, Serve Hot.
