Method of Cooking
1, In a pan add 500Gms mixed vegetables like French beans, Cauliflower, potatoes, onion, tomatoes and peas. Add 2 ½ tsp SIBU VEGETABLE BIRIYANI MASALA and add salt to taste.
2, Add 4 tsp of oil and heat in a pan for 30 minutes till oil leaves.
3, Boil 250Gms Basmati Rice in water till rice is cooked.
4, Add rice over ready vegetables.
5, Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and fried onion.
6, Mix all and serve hot.
